You are required to make a 35% deposit on all On-line orders. This deposit is refundable if you cancel within 7 calendar days of your event. After which you will receive a gift certificate.
You can pay your deposit using your debit or credit card or Paypal. Your balance can be paid in cash, check, or credit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express. If you are a company, church, school, or other organization please contact us for information on your payment options.
We deliver to the greater Spokane/ Coeur d’ Alene area. Please call us for a delivery outside of this area. Delivery charges outside of the area can be offset by buying a larger Party Package.
When outdoors: if it is raining intermittently, we will still set up the bouncers. If it is too rainy or windy we will not set up a bouncer. If we feel it is unsafe for the children due to weather we will refund your deposit in the form of a gift certificate. If weather conditions change after setup, no refunds will be granted.
In general there needs to be a 2 foot buffer around the entire unit. We refer to this as the “Safe Zone”. You can find more information on our Products pages with respect to our individual units.
Each unit requires a 110V (standard) outlet. A dedicated outlet is preferred. Two blowers can run on a dedicated 20 amp circuit. Each outlet must be located within 50 feet of each unit. Generators may be rented upon request if either of these conditions cannot be met.
Yes, on a case by case basis. This applies to smaller inflatables only. A deposit may be required.

Yes, we are fully insured. We will provide a copy of the insurance policy upon request. For events on public property, additional insurance may be required. Please contact us for any information on charges that may apply. Municipalities, schools, churches, and other venues may contact us in advance to make the proper arrangements. The lessee or using party shall be in charge of operation after receiving each unit. Inflatable Fun L.L.C. is not responsible for any injuries occurring to lessee or to any persons using the leased units or equipment or to any damage to personal property.
Yes, our units are constructed for commercial use. We do not rent units that are sold in retail locations or discount centers. Our units are constructed from heavy duty vinyl materials, have safety ramps, and are equipped with emergency exits. You will be instructed on the proper safety procedures upon delivery. There should be no problems if all the safety rules are followed. For a fee, you may ask for attendant(s), provided by us to provide supervision if one is not already provided for you.
Yes. An adult needs to supervise each bouncer to ensure each child’s safety. For a fee, you may ask for attendant(s), provided by us to provide supervision if one is not already provided for you.
We offer “All Day” Bounce House rentals (typically 6 hours). Additional days may be purchased at a discount as well.
Yes, please ask for this service when you reserve your equipment.
No, not for normal usage. However, if excessive cleaning is needed, a minimum fee of $50 ($500 for Silly String) may be assessed. Things like conffetti, food, or bodily fluids may be considered excessive cleaning.
We generally set up 30 minutes to a few hours before the party start time. Your rental charge is for the bounce time only!
IMPORTANT THINGS TO NOTE:
Silly string ruins vinyl. A minimum $500 replacement fee will apply if silly string stains equipment.
Things like conffetti, food, or bodily fluids may be considered excessive cleaning.
